don't get cocky kid

i wrote this yesterday for my english class. its pretty nerdy.
A New Hope Looking back on my life there are several events that drastically changed me. There are the obvious events like my first day of school and the day I moved away from home, but there are also little things, that while seeming insignificant, have shaped my life and turned me into the young adult I am today. For example when I was seven years old and my parents introduced me to Star Wars. While it may seem like an outlandishly nerdy life changing moment, the movie changed the way I thought and the way I went about things in my day-to-day life. It showed me the struggle between good and evil in a way that I could understand and almost relate to. It was the first time I saw an unlikely hero do something for the greater good of the world and I really took that to heart. The movie taught me a lot of other things, but the battle between good and evil has stuck with me and become a part of my character. In a very strange way the day I first saw Star Wars may have been one of the most important days of my life.
